The bag filter is a compact and easy-to-operate solid-liquid separation equipment, which is composed of a metal shell, a support basket and a replaceable filter bag. 1. Installation: Connect the inlet and outlet flanges or pipes, fix the equipment, and ensure that the sealing ring is in good condition.

2. Filter bag placement: Put the filter bag into the support basket, align the ring mouth, and press the top cover.

3. Start-up: Slowly open the inlet valve to avoid impacting the filter bag; Observe the pressure gauge, the normal pressure difference < 0.1MPa.

4. Maintenance: When the differential pressure > 0.4MPa or the flow rate drops, turn off the equipment and replace the filter bag.

5. Disinfection: high temperature steam (121°C) or chemical disinfection, suitable for medicine and food industry.
